What there isn’t

No subscription
No seat licences

Nothing is rented, so a slow year costs you nothing and there is no renewal to forget. Work you have paid for stays open — including at zero credits, when the pro forma, the binder and the export all keep working and only a new render is refused. More credits are $50 for 25, bought into the project that needs them.

Checking a parcel

Running the zoning check on an address costs nothing and needs no account. Screen as many sites as you like — a project is what you buy once one is worth building.

Terms of sale

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Projects you start are permanent and are not refundable. Unused projects expire one year after purchase. Refund a pack and the projects you already started are re-priced at the rate that number earns, so you always pay the list price for what you used. Full terms
