Pro trial includes the full investment proforma on all your projects. If you don't subscribe after your trial, your project data is retained for 30 days so you can export or come back before it's deleted.

Is there a real person reviewing my lot — or is it just AI?

The platform's bylaw database is compiled and verified by a registered architect, but the outputs you generate are user-driven. There is no human review step in the workflow.

Yes. The earlier 'ordered report' model (Dark Horse Architecture, 24-hour turnaround) has been replaced with self-serve. What remains architect-verified is the zoning bylaw database itself — every bylaw rule, parking standard, setback, and overlay used by the engine is compiled and verified by a registered architect. The database covers Winnipeg today, with more Canadian cities on the way — the investment proforma and CMHC ACLP financing, meanwhile, work for any Canadian site. Outputs you generate are user-driven and must be verified with qualified professionals before any investment, design, or construction decision.

Are unlocks refundable?

Design-Suite Unlocks are non-refundable except where required by law. If a refund is processed, design-suite access for that project is revoked. Contact us before disputing a charge — we'd rather sort out an issue with you directly.

Do I need anything ready before I submit my address?

Just the address. We pull lot dimensions, zoning district, and site data from publicly available city records. If we need anything else, we'll email you directly.
